Sonikwell SEL Curriculum - “Empowering emotional resilience through sound”
Build student emotional intelligence and regulation through immersive sound-based SEL. This curriculum features a blend of social and emotional learning, character education, and music-aided activities that help students understand how to navigate the world in which they live. This standards-based curriculum is divided into 15 highly engaging modules that incorporate informational texts, short constructed responses, guided reading questions that use language from state standards, engaging real-world scenarios that utilize social emotional learning principles, and opportunities for students to participate in listening logs featuring mindfully composed musical selections by Keith .
Curriculum Breakdown
We’ve designed a complete SEL curriculum aligned with the CASEL framework, paired with immersive soundscapes—original cello compositions crafted to deepen mindfulness and connection during each lesson. Schools are turning to Sonikwell to help reduce student stress and anxiety, strengthen emotional regulation and focus, and create a positive, supportive classroom environment.
